Warranty

Immune Sentry, Ltd warrants to the first consumer purchaser that this product, when shipped in its original
container, will be free from defective workmanship and materials and agrees that it will, at its option, either
repair the defect or replace the defective product or part thereof at no charge to the purchaser (excluding
shipping and handling charges) for parts or labor for the time period described above. This warranty does not
cover shipping charges or risk of loss during shipment. Defective merchandise shall be replaced with equal or
better products or parts. This warranty does not apply to any appearance items of the product nor to the
additional excluded item(s) set forth below nor to the exterior of which may have been damaged, defaced,
subjected to misuse, subjected to abnormal service or handling, or which has been altered or modified in design
or construction. This warranty will be voided by misuse, improper physical environment, accident, or improper

JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO
THE ABOVE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
