use of the ImmunOnOne Needless Acupuncture therapy device. In no event shall
Immune Sentry, Ltd be held liable for damages or injury of any type resulting from
use of Immune Sentry’s product(s), even if advised of the possibility of such
damage or injury. This disclaimer of liability applies to all claims for damages or
injury, including but not limited to: failure of performance, error, omission,

interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior,
and negligence or under any other cause of action. Under all or any circumstance, the user is responsible for his or
her health and medical treatment while using the ImmunOnOne electronics. This device is classified as an
experimental Electronic Magnetic Therapy Device and results may vary, may not work for some users. Immune
Sentry limits its liability to the purchase price.

the help of doctors and other health care practitioners especially when their assistance is warranted. If a person is
experiencing life threatening or serious acute medical conditions due to natural illness or severe trauma, that
person should seek immediate medical attention from an appropriate medical institution. All Immune Sentry
Treatments, guidelines, device programming, operation, stethoscope (stet) rating, quality assurance protection
shield, trade and brand names, test and quality control procedures, whether expressed, implied or fully disclosed ,
are the sole intellectual property of Immune Sentry, Ltd. Patents Pending on the ImmunOnOne. All rights reserved
by Immune Sentry, Ltd. This product shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of
the State of Arizona. Parties agree to submit their respective jurisdiction and venue to the state and federal courts
sitting in the United States, State of Arizona, to resolve any disputes or disagreements. The Parties further agree to
institute such actions only before the United States courts of the
State of Arizona.
